Our team led the development and design engineering of all customer-facing components in the VSS Unity Spaceship Cabin Interior, including seats, floors, bulkheads, walls, and window shrouds, guiding every part from concept to commercial flight.

We helped develop the conceptual design for this revolutionary self-engaging bike pedal and generated a full package of engineering definition to support multiple prototypes, several phases of testing, and eventual mass production.

We worked with CVI to reverse engineer the OEM bumper beams of a range of vehicle models and develop new replacement components optimized for weight and manufacturability then generated final models and drawings to support production.
